Arrest warrant issued for Cork man who had bow and two arrows in boot of car

The motorist was stopped for suspected drink driving and the car was seized and searched and the bow and metal-tipped arrows were found in the boot of the car.

 A bow and two arrows were found in the boot of a man’s car in Cork city at one o’clock in the morning and today a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.

Sergeant Pat Russell stopped Mark Lynch, 33, who was living at Sunday’s Well Road, Cork, at the time, at 1am on May 7, 2020, at Woods Street, Cork, between Western Road and the Mardyke. The motorist was stopped for suspected drink driving and the car was seized and searched and the bow and metal-tipped arrows were found in the boot of the car.
