The man accused of the murder of Cobh chef Ian Baitson is expected to be served with the book of evidence in the case later this month.

Dylan Scannell, aged 30, with an address at O’Rahilly Street, Cobh, Co Cork, appeared before Mallow District Court on Tuesday, via video link from Cork Prison.
