A psychiatric report is to be prepared on a teenager charged with possession of a handgun and causing criminal damage at his home in Carrigaline, Co Cork, on July 15. He was remanded in prison until August 26.

Judge Mary Dorgan remanded Conor Farrell in custody until that summer remand court sitting to allow time for preparation of the psychiatric report.
