Man accused of criminal damage appeals bail refusal to High Court 

Man is accused of damaging cars in Ballinlough, Cork City.

 A 62-year-year-old man from Ballinlough, Cork City, accused of causing criminal damage to neighbours’ cars and threatening further similar damage has a bail appeal listed before the High Court. Richard Ahern of Knockrea Drive, off Ballinlough Rd, Cork, appeared at Cork District Court by video link from prison having been refused bail at Cork District Court.

Frank Buttimer, solicitor, said Mr Ahern was appealing the refusal of bail to the High Court.
