The parents of a baby boy who died at Cork University Maternity Hospital rejected an apology on Wednesday from the HSE and the hospital over their son’s death and said it was four years too late.

Baby Alfie O’Reilly from Midleton, Co Cork, was only four days old when he died in his father’s arms at CUMH on July 25, 2020.
