Shoplifting case to be struck out if Cork store does not provide CCTV, judge rules

Sports Direct were directed on Tuesday by Judge Mary Dorgan of Cork District Court to provide CCTV that can be viewed properly by An Garda Síochána

It has just been told by the judge the case will be struck out if Sports Direct do not provide it.
