Man jailed for sexually exploiting boy, 11, in public toilet 

Accused stepped out of cubicle while child was at urinal and asked him to show him his penis

The accused was homeless in Cork at the time of the offence.

A man has been jailed for three years for approaching an 11-year-old boy using a public toilet in Cork city centre and asking to see his penis.

Judge Helen Boyle imposed a sentence of four and a half years with the last one and a half years suspended at Cork Circuit Criminal Court in the case against Michael Mullen, now aged 27, and recently of St Vincent’s Hostel, Anglesea Terrace, Cork.
