Convicted murderer caught selling heroin at Cork train station less than month after release from jail

Accused had served sentence in Lithuania for murder, theft, and theft using violence, court heard

A convicted murderer who served a sentence for this in his home country of Lithuania turned up at Mallow train station selling heroin within less than a month of his release from prison.

Garda Brendan McGarry gave evidence in the case against Arnoldas Sraksys at Cork Circuit Criminal Court where he was sentenced by Judge Cormac Quinn.
