Hospital apologises for failings in care of woman, 72, who died after spending 20 hours on trolley

The family of Ann Moyles outside court said: 'Our healthcare service is a shambles and a disgrace. The amount of horror stories everyday is not acceptable.'

A hospital has apologised over failings in care for a 72-year-old woman who died 11 days after she was admitted suffering from shortness of breath and weakness.
