A 19-year-old trainee electrician accused of criminal damage and arson of a Luas tram and rioting during a large-scale public order incident on Dublin's O'Connell Street has been released on bail.

Evan Moore was charged with the three offences during the chaotic scenes on November 23 and appeared before Monika Leech at Dublin District Court on Wednesday. He is the latest person accused of committing serious criminal acts during a series of incidents that broke out in reaction to the stabbing of three children at Parnell Square.
