At a sitting of Dublin Circuit Criminal Court, Judge Martin Nolan said the accused had run out of chances and warned that his prison terms would get longer and longer if he did not reform in custody. File picture
A teenager has been jailed after he pushed a man off his mobility scooter “for fun”, fracturing the man's hand and snapping his dentures in two.
The man, aged in his 60s, had been standing outside a Centra shop in Dublin city centre smoking a cigarette when Elliot Toale, now aged 18, took his mobility scooter away from him and rolled around on it for a short time.
