Man, 30s, arrested following serious hijacking incidents in Dublin

A managed containment operation was put in place involving local Gardaí and the Armed Support Unit.

A man has been arrested following two hijacking incidents in Dublin on Saturday night.

Shortly after 9pm, gardaí received reports of a man attempting to hijack a car on the R136 at Grange Castle in Clondalkin.
