Cork woman bit garda's hand during arrest, court told

A member of An Garda Síochána had his skin broken when his hand was bitten by a woman he was arresting, it was alleged at Cork District Court.

 Aisling O’Riordan, aged 30, of Mount Farran, Assumption Road, Cork, appeared at Cork District Court on charges of assaulting two gardaí and assault causing harm to a third officer. She also faces charges of engaging in threatening behaviour and being drunk and a danger.
