Five men arrested in connection with shooting in Carlow last December

Following a number of searches this morning in Waterford, Wexford and Carlow, gardaí have confirmed that five men have been arrested

Three of the men are in their 20s, one is in his 30s, and another is in his 50s.

Five men have been arrested in connection with a shooting incident in Carlow last December.

A number of shots are understood to have been fired at a house in The Laurels estate on the Tullow Road in Carlow at about 6pm on Monday, December 5, 2022.
