Man arrested as €25k worth of suspected cannabis and luxury car seized in Dundalk

In total, over €25,000 worth of controlled drugs, a quantity of cash and over €30,000 of assets were seized during the search

The drugs will be sent away for forensic analysis.

A man has been arrested following a search operation in Dundalk on Thursday, where €25,000 worth of suspected cannabis was seized by Gardaí.

The operation, carried out by Dundalk Drugs Unit, with assistance from Dundalk Crime Unit, Regular Unit, Dog Unit, Armed Support Unit, Louth Divisional Search Team, Revenue Customs and the Dog Warden, uncovered the drugs in Co Louth.
