CHI directed to give outstanding medical records to family of girl who had spinal surgery

Children's Health Ireland has provided 6600 documents but the girl's representatives said they still need records related to a rod that had been surgically inserted into her back

A High Court judge has directed that all outstanding medical records concerning a young girl who underwent spinal surgery at Temple Street Children's Hospital be provided to her family's legal team.

The direction was made by Mr Justice David Nolan in proceedings brought by the girl's family against Children's Health Ireland (CHI).
