A man was remanded on bail after appearing in court charged with cruelty and neglect to dogs at his home in Co. Limerick.

Gardaí arrested and charged Andrew Hartigan, (35), of Oliver’s Flats, The Corner, Old Pallas, Co. Limerick, after 19 dogs were recovered at his home on January 17 last.
