A lorry driver kicked another lorry driver in the right buttock following a row over parking and now he has been convicted and fined €500 for assault.

Judge Olann Kelleher convicted and fined Paul Brooker, of Ardmore Estate, Passage West, Co Cork, for assault after he pleaded guilty to the offence at Cork District Court.
