A solicitor representing a man charged with the murder of a man whose body was found off cliffs in Co. Donegal has urged the State to speed up the case.

Alan Vial is charged with the murder of Robert Wilkin on June 25 last at a place unknown within the State. Vial, 38, appeared by videolink at Letterkenny District Court on Monday.
