An action brought by an ESB worker who was attacked by a stag as he climbed a Tipperary mountain has been put back to next week after it emerged he had to be treated in hospital after an asthma attack in court.
John Corcoran, 63, on the second day of the hearing had begun coughing and needed to use his inhaler while under cross-examination in the witness box and the case had been adjourned until Thursday morning.
