The High Court is to have an additional short hearing for further submissions in the actions taken by two women over the final report of the Commission of Investigation into Mother and Baby Homes.

At the November hearing, Mr Justice Garrett Simons said he would deliver his judgment on December 9, but on Thursday he said he came across a “number of issues” while preparing his judgment, and he would like these answered by the parties.
