Former FAI CEO John Delaney has failed to comply with a court order to provide the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement (ODE) with certain details about legal actions involving him, a High Court judge has said.

Mr Delaney's lawyers dispute this and argued before the court that he has complied with the order as much as he possible can.
