A High Court judge has urged siblings involved in a legal battle over their late parents’ “relatively modest” estate to try to reach a compromise.

In a judgment, Mr Justice Mark Sanfey said it seems a “great pity” that there has been such “dissension and strife” among five of the children of the late Daniel and Frances Kinsella.
