Coercion charge for man accused of approaching girl near her Mahon home

Accused remanded on continuing bail which requires him to stay away from all boys and girls under the age of 18 who are not known to him

A book of evidence has been served on a 42-year-old man on a coercion charge for allegedly approaching an 11-year-old girl near her home in the Mahon area of Cork last July.

Sergeant John Kelleher confirmed service of the book of evidence on the man.
