The High Court has dismissed boxing coach Pete Taylor's bid for an injunction preventing Wicklow County Council from terminating his and Bray Boxing Club Ltd's legal interest in the premises used by boxers in the town for several years.

In a judgment on Tuesday Mr Justice Senan Allen ruled that the company and Mr Taylor were not entitled to any order against the council, pending the outcome of the full dispute between the parties.
