Polish man charged in connection with €1.8m cannabis seizure at Ringaskiddy

Gardaí who seized 90 kilos of cannabis with a €1.8 million street value concealed in the panels of a van at Ringaskiddy on Tuesday charged a 21-year-old Polish man with drugs offences.

Detective Garda Dermot Crowley made the arrest at Port of Cork, Ringaskiddy, on Tuesday and charged 21-year-old Kamil Wlizlo of Piekne, Elk, Poland, that on March 9 he had possession of a controlled drug, namely cannabis, and he had the drug for sale or supply.
