A woman has been given permission by the High Court to bring an action aimed at quashing certain parts of the report of the Mother and Baby Homes Commission of Investigation.

Mary Harney, aged 72, claims her statutory rights were breached by alleged failure to be given an opportunity to make submissions on the commission’s draft report before the final report was published.
