Gemma O'Doherty and John Waters lose appeal over Covid-19 restrictions

An appeal by John Waters and Gemma O'Doherty against a refusal to permit them to challenge the constitutionality of laws introduced in response to Covid-19 has been dismissed by the Court of Appeal.
The dismissal is on the basis the appeal was "misconceived and entirely without merit".
