Leslie Buckley loses bid to have inspectors withdrawn from INM

Former Independent News & Media Chairman Leslie Buckley has lost his High Court bid to have two inspectors withdrawn from investigating matters at INM.

Mr Justice Garrett Simons ruled today Mr Buckley had failed to make out a case to support his claims of “objective bias” on the part of the inspectors.
