High Court to hear only urgent personal injury cases during lockdown

There are nearly 50 cases listed before the High Court for the rest of January, including one relating to the CervicalCheck controversy.

Mr Justice Kevin Cross told lawyers at the Four Courts today that urgent cases are not necessarily confined to those involving litigants with life-threatening issues, but it can also include personal and economic hardship.
