Supreme Court issue deepest sympathy to family and friends of Ruth Morrissey

The Chief Justice, on behalf of the Supreme Court, has expressed "our deepest sympathy" to the family and friends of Ruth Morrissey following her recent death as a result of cervical cancer.

The day after Ms Morrissey's funeral, Chief Justice Frank Clarke has offered the court’s sympathy as he gave judgement relating to final orders in the appeals relating to her landmark case.
