A number of Leaving Cert and Junior Cert practical exams which had been due to take place on Monday have been deferred at short notice due to the nationwide fuel protests seen over the past week.

Students set to sit their Leaving Cert music or Junior Cert home economics practicals on April 13 have been informed that those exams have been deferred to a later date.
