CCPC investigates suspected price-fixing in small electric appliances sector

The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) has launched an investigation into suspected anti-competitive behaviour in the small electric appliances sector in Ireland.

The investigation relates to a suspected resale price maintenance (RPM) arrangement between a manufacturer, a distributor, and multiple retailers operating in Ireland.
