Woman arrested on suspicion of 2009 murder of Steven O'Meara in Wicklow

A woman has been arrested on suspicion of murdering Steven O'Meara in 2009.
The body of Mr O'Meara was discovered in Ballydonnell Woods, Redcross, Co Wicklow, after he had been reported missing on August 6, 2009.
On Tuesday, gardaí confirmed the arrest of a woman in connection with the case.
The woman, aged in her 40s, was detained on Tuesday afternoon and is currently being held at a garda station in Wexford.
The investigation is being led by a Senior Investigating Officer based at Wexford Garda Station.
On Christmas Eve 2009, a body was found in a shallow grave in Wicklow, later confirmed to be that of Steven O'Meara, who had been missing for four months.
Two other men have previously been convicted in relation to the case.
In 2012, Michael Dickenson of Wicklow Town was sentenced to life in prison for murder.
In 2013, Clement Byrne of Clonattin Village, Wexford, received an eight-year sentence for his role in the killing.
