No properties acquired by the Housing Agency have been sold on to become cost-rental tenancies, two years on from the Government scheme being introduced.
The scheme was introduced following the removal of the eviction ban. It allows the Housing Agency to buy properties from private landlords who are seeking to sell, allowing the tenant to remain within the property.
