'Outrageous' that patients cannot access their own medical notes

Patients want ownership of their own medical notes and it is “outrageous” they cannot yet easily access these, a cancer patient and advocate has said.
This comes as the HSE begins a wider rollout of its new patient app starting after the new year break. An early release for up to 1,500 people took place before Christmas.
