Man, 20s, dead after single-vehicle car crash in Sligo
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to the incident, which took place at round 3.45am on Saturday on the R294 at Drimina, near Tubbercurry in Sligo.
A man in his 20s has died after the car he was driving crashed in the early hours of the morning.

The man was the sole occupant of the vehicle.
The local coroner has been notified and arrangements will be made for a post-mortem examination.
The road is currently being examined by garda forensic teams and remains closed with local diversions in place.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to this collision to come forward.
In a statement, they said: "Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling in the area between 2am and 4am are asked to make this footage available to investigating Gardaí.
"Anyone with any information is asked to contact Ballymote Garda Station on (071) 9189500, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station."
The man is the 144th person to die on Irish roads so far in 2024.
