Israeli troops leave their positions beside Irish Unifil peacekeepers in southern Lebanon

The Israeli Defence Force has left its positions beside Irish peacekeepers in southern Lebanon, the UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres has said: 

I can now tell you that those Israeli tanks and other armed elements that were around 652 position have left.
