The emergency services attended the scene of another fire at the former Crown Paints warehouse in Coolock in north Dublin on Sunday night.
It is the fourth fire in the building in the last four days, after a blaze last Monday when a JCB and mattresses were targeted.
It comes after a week of unrest in the area over the proposed housing of 500 international protection applicants at the site.
More than 600 people attended a rally at the site on Sunday night and shortly after 8pm a fire broke out following another fire on Wednesday night.
Two fire engines from Kilbarrack and North Strand fire stations, as well as uniformed gardaí and members of the Public Order Unit, attended the scene in Coolock.
According to a spokesperson from Dublin Fire Brigade, the fire was "under control and firefighters are damping down".
The Malahide Road outbound was closed to allow access for Dublin Fire Brigade to the site.
Gardaí have described the incident as ongoing.
No injuries have been reported at this time.
