Rugby legend Rob Kearney urges young men to look after their physical and mental health

Rob Kearney had 95 caps for Ireland and said his 'biggest regret' was not getting 100 caps.

Irish rugby great Rob Kearney has urged young men to look after their bodies, saying his “biggest regret” from his international career is not getting over 100 caps due to damage sustained as a younger player.

During an event for Men’s Health Week, he also said recognising vulnerabilities was “hugely important” as was being yourself, no matter the environment.
