The body of a man has been recovered off the coast of Galway, gardai has confirmed (PA)

The body of a man has been recovered off the coast of Galway, gardaí has confirmed.

The man, who was aged in his 60s, will be taken to University Hospital Galway where a post-mortem examination will take place.
