Update, April 13: Tyler Berry has been located safe and well.

Gardaí have thanked the public for their assistance with the matter.

Update, April 5: Gardaí have issued a renewed appeal to the public for help in tracing the whereabouts of a 13-year-old boy who has been missing from the Portarlington area for two weeks.

Tyler Berry has been missing from Co Laois since Friday, March 22.

He is described as being approximately 5' 2" in height with a slim to medium build, brown hair and blue eyes.

It is not known what Tyler was wearing at the time he went missing.

It is believed he could be in the Athlone or Portlaoise area. 

Gardaí are concerned for his well-being.
