Update, January 14: Calum Kavanagh has been located safe and well.

Gardaí have thanked the public for their assistance with the matter.

Update, January 2: Gardaí have renewed their appeal to the public for assistance in locating 14-year-old Calum Kavanagh.

Calum has been missing from Athy, Co Kildare, since the early hours of December 29, 2023.

Calum is described as being approximately 5'6" in height, with a slim build, light brown hair and blue eyes.

Gardaí and Calum's family are concerned for his welfare.
