Ryan Tubridy says RTÉ is 'in rear-view mirror' in first interview since exit 

Ryan Tubridy is to join Virgin Radio UK and will be making a permanent move to England.

Ryan Tubridy has said that RTÉ is in his "rear-view mirror" in his first public interview since leaving the broadcaster in the summer.

Mr Tubridy did not have his contract renewed by RTÉ following the scandal surrounding secret payments made to him, which led to his departure in August.
