Claire Radford, whose brother Alan Radford was killed in the 1998 Omagh bombing, stands in the Omagh Bomb memorial garden in Omagh Co. Tyrone, after Northern Ireland Secretary Chris Heaton-Harris said he intends to establish an independent statutory inquiry into the 1998 Omagh bombing.
