Taoiseach criticises Russian attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure

Russian strikes on infrastructure in Ukraine is making life “uninhabitable” for people in the country, the Taoiseach has said.

Micheal Martin said the the attacks on the country’s energy network is “terrorising” civilians in Ukraine.
