Promotional bias ‘barrier’ for women getting into leadership roles – Tánaiste

The main barrier to women getting into leadership roles and on to company boards is due to promotional bias, the Minister for Enterprise has said.

Leo Varadkar said there are fewer women working at senior levels within companies, which he said is not due to lack of opportunities.
