‘Loved or loathed’ Lord Castlereagh to be remembered 200 years after death

On both sides of the Irish border, a Dublin-born Ulsterman who rose to the top of British politics and reshaped Europe is set to be remembered 200 years after his death.

Yet Robert Stewart, one of the most controversial figures in British and Irish history, is recalled as one of the greatest villains Ireland has ever produced.
