St Vincent's Hospital in Fairview, Dublin, is looking for a developer to build a new facility on the site.

They hope to get the new facility in exchange for land and existing hospital buildings.

The plan includes a purpose-built 100-bed mental health centre.

In return for the new campus, the hospital will transfer around 13 acres of land to the successful bidder.

It is thought the site could accommodate 600 residential units.
