Body recovered as search for missing Carlow man stood down

Update 7pm Following the discovery of a body this evening the missing person search for 32-year-old Joseph Savage has been stood down.

Gardai have said no further action is required and in a brief statement this evening thanked the public for their assistance in the matter.
